Service Description
A wire performance heavy workshop session that is predominantly practical & physical sessions with some classroom style learning. Come along to experience being on the end of the line and learn the body mechanics to create safe execution of dynamic movement or action. Fly through the air; display feats of superhuman ability; hover like Superman or leap like Spiderman. The workshop session is for everyone of all abilities whether a complete beginner with no experience or knowledge of wires, as a refresher for those who have or have had minimal wire experience and for those who are competent wire riders who want to develop or practise their skillset. Covering basic wire work; pull backs; wraps; deadman; fight beats; impact work and landings all with & without weapons with access to a number of different types of rig during the sessions, from basic line pulls & wraps to pendulum, descender & V-rigs. Stunt harnesses are provided but if you have your own, please bring it along. Limited to 10 places, session timings are based on 7-10 participants. For between 4-6 participants the session times may be reduced based on final numbers and participants will be notified of final times prior to the session. Members of The British Stunt Register are eligible for a 15% discount on the total session cost. Use coupon code TAHBSR1026. PLEASE NOTE: Stunt harnesses are provided but if you have your own, please bring it with you. Martial Arts and Full Stunt harnesses will be as well as leg cuffs. Personal accident insurance is optional and if you require it you must arrange this yourself. The sessions require a minimum of 4 participants. Booking on and paying a non-refundable deposit will secure your place, once minimum numbers are reached you will be sent a pay link for the remaining payment of the session. If minimum numbers are not reached 3 days prior to the sessions, then they will have to be cancelled and any monies paid will be refunded in full. If you find you need to cancel and it is less than 7 days notice, you may transfer your place to someone else but it will be your responsibility to sort payment out with them and their details must be supplied to me at least 72hrs before the course/session start date. In the event you have to cancel, we will do everything we can to help fill the space and avoid you losing any money paid.
