Will incorporate fight beats; ground work reactions, bullet hits; impacts; multi-level hits & reactions and include work from & over railings onto safety & crash mats. It is highly recommended to bring a back protector, elbows, knees & hip pads. If you find you need to cancel and it is less than 7 days notice, you may transfer your place to someone else but it will be your responsibility to sort payment out with them and their details must be supplied to me at least 72hrs before the course/session start date. In the event you have to cancel, we will do everything we can to help fill the space and avoid you losing any money paid.
