Service Description

Introducing the Fires & Wires session, combining assisted manual line pulls and ratchet line pulls whilst engulfed in flames. The session will consist of 3-4 flaming stunts (dependant on numbers) of differing content, all line assists whilst on fire. Only performers who have previous experience with fire burns and wire work are eligible to attend. This experience can be from having attended sessions at the Action House or be other experience from stunt courses / schools that you can show proof of taking part in. It is highly recommended to bring a back protector, elbows, knees, hip pads and a hard-shelled helmet. Limited to 8 places, session timings are based on 6-8 participants. For between 4 and 6 participants the session times will be reduced based on final numbers and participants will be notified of final times prior to the session. IMPORTANT: All garments including fire resistant underwear; fire suits, wet suits; waterproofs and clothes to burn in are to be provided by you, the participant. We do have a limited supply of underwear and can use silver suits as extra protection should they be required but generally no part of this will be provided by us so please be sure to order anything in time if you need it for the session. Fire suits, wet suits and waterproofs are not compulsory but fire-resistant underwear is (CarbonX; Nomex; OMP etc), no underwear; no burn. You must have at least one layer (preferably 2) of fire-resistant underwear to participate and this must include a long-sleeved top, long trousers, a hood and socks. A pair of fire-resistant gloves are also highly recommended. Members of The British Stunt Register are eligible for a 15% discount on the total session cost. Use coupon code TAHBSR0526. PLEASE NOTE: Stunt harnesses are provided but if you have your own, please bring it with you. Personal accident insurance is optional and if you require it, you must arrange this yourself. These sessions are not endorsed by The British Stunt Register, any committee members or any affiliates although sessions are overseen by a Full Member of The British Stunt Register. The sessions require a minimum of 4 participants. If this is not reached 3 days prior to the sessions, then they will have to be cancelled, and any monies paid will be refunded in full.
