Service Description
Introducing the Fight or Flight workshop, fight performance alongside our wire performance workshop session. Come along to experience being on the end of the line and learn the body mechanics to create safe execution of dynamic movement and action whilst pushing the boundaries of fight choreography interlaced and integrated into the action. The fight or flight session is for everyone of all abilities whether a complete beginner with no experience, as a refresher for those who have or have had minimal experience and for those who are competent performers who want to develop or practise their skillset. Covering basic wire work; pull backs; wraps; deadman; fight beats; impact work and landings all with & without weapons. Stunt harnesses are provided but if you have your own, please bring it along. Limited to 10 places, session timings are based on 7-10 participants. For between 4 and 6 participants the session times will be reduced based on final numbers and participants will be notified of final times prior to the session. Members of The British Stunt Register are eligible for a 15% discount on the total session cost. Use coupon code TAHBSR0726. PLEASE NOTE: Stunt harnesses can be provided but if you have your own, please bring it with you. Martial Arts harnesses will be used as well as full body stunt harnesses, leg cuffs may be used during the session too. Personal accident insurance is optional and if you require it you must arrange this yourself. No personal accident insurance is provided by either the Action House or Spectrum Stunts or any of its staff. These sessions are not endorsed by The British Stunt Register, any committee members or any affiliates although sessions are overseen by a Full Member of The British Stunt Register. The sessions require a minimum of 4 participants. If this is not reached 3 days prior to the sessions, then they will have to be cancelled and any monies paid will be refunded in full. If you find you need to cancel and it is less than 7 days notice, you may transfer your place to someone else but it will be your responsibility to sort payment out with them and their details must be supplied to me at least 72hrs before the course/session start date. In the event you have to cancel, we will do everything we can to help fill the space and avoid you losing any money paid.
