Service Description

Daily drop in session where you can book a 1 hour slot to rehearse basic wire manoeuvres. Will include single line up & downer for wire moves based around a single point . Perfect to get in some practise and uplift your skillset or try those balancing exercises to strengthen your core. Minimum of 3 people need to be booked on to any session for it to run.
