Service Description

This session uses a state-of-the-art progressive dual-piston system, designed to provide a smoother lift and allow participants to control their body position more easily with minimal pressure. The session will include a brief introduction to how the system operates, as well as an overview of the differences between various types of ram. For safety reasons, all participants are required to wear a full-length, hard-shell knee/shin pad on their non-dominant leg. Participants are also welcome to bring a back protector, elbow pads, knee pads, hip pads, or any additional protective equipment they feel may be required. Suitable shin pads will be available for use; however, bringing your own is recommended where possible. Places are limited to 10 participants. Session timings are based on 7–10 participants. Where there are 4–6 participants, session times may be reduced according to final numbers, and participants will be notified of the confirmed timings before the session. A minimum of 4 participants is required for the session to proceed. Your place will be secured once you have booked and paid a non-refundable deposit. When the minimum number of participants has been reached, you will receive a payment link for the remaining session balance. If minimum numbers are not reached 3 days before the session, the session will be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded in full.
